Guardianship
There may come a time in a person's life where they will need to have a guardian appointed due to their mental and/or physical limitations. If you find yourself having to file for guardianship of a loved one, we are happy to handle the process to allow you to manage the emotionally overwhelming situation you may be facing. The nearly 10 years of experience in dealing with cases of incapacitated adults permit us to offer families the compassion and counseling necessary in these matters. Will Probate / Estate Administration
Once a person is deceased, a will must go through a processed known as probate. Probate serves the purpose of proving that a decedent's will is valid. If a person dies without a will, they must go through a process known as Estate Administration. Whether a person dies with or without a will, distribution of assets can often be a long, tedious and cumbersome process. We are here to assist you with understanding all the required Surrogate Court filings, heirship or administration affidavits, distribution of assets, paying of taxes, and paying outstanding debts.

Medicaid Planning
Securing the right level of care is among the most expenses endeavors you can face. However, that does not mean you need to spend all your assets. We will work to assure that you protect your asserts without having to sacrifice quality of life or care. Our office is here to help you navigate the statutory requirements of Medicaid eligibility so you and your loved ones feel comfortable about securing the right level of care and support. We will also file appeals on your behalf if you have previously been denied admission, but would otherwise be eligible had it not been for an improper submission or planning.
